The wine is produced by the rare technique of ending the fermentation in small French oak barrels and leaving it without racking for another six months, which is both innovative and intriguing! In total the wine is aged for 16 months in small French oak barrels.
It is elegant, concentrated and complex and made with great precision.
“The palate is fresh and supple… sweet fruit and nicely integrated structure. A ripe, balanced, expressive red wine. 92/100 ” | Jamie Goode, on Lahat Adom 2017
“Plays out like a Beaujolais Crus, but on a higher playing field…” | 2GrandCru
Lahat wines are imported and sold in the UK by 32-34 Wines.
