Lahat Whites

Lahat Lavan is a white wine based on the varieties of the Northern Rhone, Roussanne and Viognier. It expresses a style rather than just the varieties. It is a wine of contrasts; aromatic and spicy, rich with texture, and yet is also crisp, fragrant and refreshing.

The fruit is grown in the high altitude limestone soils of the Judean Hills and harvested manually. The wine is then fermented and aged for ten months in new, 400 liter barrels. The result is a wine both full flavored and complex, and yet at the same time precise and elegant.

It is a wine that can benefit from bottle age. Lahat Lavan was listed by Jancis Robinson MW as one of her favorite Israeli wines. It is leading the current Israel revolution in white wines.
